FinanceIQ Anti-Spam Policy

FinanceIQ prohibits the use of unsolicited commercial email, unsolicited messages, spam, or any other abusive messaging practices to promote, advertise, or direct traffic to tryfinanceiq.com or any FinanceIQ products or services.

FinanceIQ does not authorize employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, customers, or third parties to advertise or promote tryfinanceiq.com through unsolicited email, bulk messaging, purchased mailing lists, automated messaging systems, or any other form of spam.

All communications sent on behalf of FinanceIQ must be permission-based and directed only to recipients who have voluntarily requested information, subscribed to receive communications, established a business relationship with FinanceIQ, or otherwise provided consent to receive such communications.

FinanceIQ does not purchase email lists, rent email lists, or engage third parties to distribute unsolicited messages. Any person or organization found promoting tryfinanceiq.com through unsolicited messages or spam is acting without authorization and may have their relationship with FinanceIQ terminated immediately.

FinanceIQ maintains technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized use of its domain names and services, including email authentication technologies and monitoring for abuse. Reports of suspected abuse may be sent to tim@tryfinanceiq.com for investigation.

FinanceIQ is committed to complying with applicable anti-spam laws and industry best practices, including the CAN-SPAM Act and similar regulations.
